My athletic past isn't overly interesting.  I played football and lacrosse (box) throughout high school.  Played Lacrosse (field) for a season at McMaster University as well.  My athletic past otherwise is riddled with random sports here and there (soccer, baseball, basketball, and floor hockey) until I encountered Crossfit last year.  Since then I've run a couple 5K races and done a couple try-a-tri's (short distance triathlons).  I'm not overly interested in endurance events, but I'm a good runner and want to use them as somewhat of a barometer for my fitness as I continue to Crossfit.  I was certified as a level I trainer for Crossfit in October of 2009.

My academic past includes graduating from Clarkson Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario.  After that I spent a year at Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and then transferred to McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.  I graduated from McMaster with my bachelors degree in Biology with honours.  I spent a weekend partying and then moved to Seneca Falls, NY to attend New York Chiropractic College.  I am dually enrolled in their Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters of Applied Clinical Nutrition programs.  I will graduate from these programs on July 31, 2010.
