Rowing (for calories)
Push ups
Sit ups
Squats

I know I finished with 63 calories on the rower.

Push ups: 13, 12, 10, 10, 8, 6, 6, 5, 6 = 76

Sit ups: 12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 9, 10, 10 = 83

Squats: 14, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 10, 10 = 94

Total = 316
